Terms & Conditions

Poster365 provides tools and templates to create branded social media posts, greetings, festival creatives, quotes, promotions, and related marketing materials. Features may include an editor, templates, business branding, AI-assisted captions/hashtags, exports, and creative tools. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Core features may be available without creating a login account. Business profiles and many designs are stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining your device, backing up important creatives, and keeping access to your device secure.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
• Upload or create content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Create content that is defamatory, hateful, pornographic involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Poster365 or use our trademarks without permission.
• Scrape, bulk-download, or resell templates or Service assets in a competing product without authorization.

You retain ownership of logos, photos, text, and other materials you upload or create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely as needed to operate features you use (for example, applying branding, generating AI suggestions, exporting files, or displaying shared public pages you publish).

You represent that you have all rights needed to use Your Content in the Service and that Your Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law. You are solely responsible for posts you publish on social media or elsewhere using exports from Poster365.

Templates, designs, software, branding, and other materials provided by Poster365 remain our property or that of our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use templates to create branded posts for your own business marketing, subject to these Terms. You may not redistribute template source files as a standalone product or claim ownership of our template designs.

Export quality depends on your device, selected format, and source assets. While we aim for high-quality HD exports, we do not warrant that every export will meet a particular platform’s requirements or look identical across all devices.

The Service may link to or rely on third-party platforms (for example social networks, hosting, analytics, or AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or availability.

Poster365 currently offers free access to many features. We may introduce paid plans, limits, or advertising in the future. If we change pricing, we will communicate material changes through the app or website as appropriate.

You agree to defend and indemnify Poster365 against claims, damages, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your location.
